Our homes are built to last. Every home we build is built with the desires of each individual homeowner or family in mind and are not all the same. We build homes of different sizes, with different layouts and styles, and we give families the chance to pick colors, light fixtures, flooring, and more. Most importantly, we’ll work with you to build you a home you can afford – one that stays within your budget and mortgage limits – and meets your family’s needs.
Every house constructed by HDA is built by our crew of professional carpenters, and every home is built of the highest quality materials and is energy efficient. In fact, on average, our Energy Star-certified homes save families over $900 a year on utility costs.
Explore our floor plans below and start imagining your forever home! A forever home is one that’s designed for all stages of life with spaces that meet the evolving needs of families.
Please be aware that we do occasionally retire old floor plans and will add new ones whenever they become available.
